Project-Delivery

We layer mobility and knowledge management on top of traditional planning tools. Our solution manages the workflow and approvals process for programmes of work. As tasks begin, assigned resources receive an email with guidance and templates relevant to the task. The status of tasks are queried via mobile phone, allowing assigned resources to update percentage complete.

These updates are applied to the programme plan. Approvals for key milestones are collected and communicated via Twitter. Approvals can be submitted by mobile phone or computer and our solution manages approval escalations. The key benefits are:
